Please read this agreement carefully before entering into any agreement or purchase. This document represents the terms and conditions (“Terms”) for using and placing orders on the Website. Using our Website indicates that you accept the Terms. If you do not agree to these, then do not use our Website. You are permitted to use our Website solely on the basis of these Terms.



So long as you do so in accordance with these Terms, you may view our Website for your personal use only. However, you must note that we may change, suspend or discontinue the Website or the provision of Products under the Website at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content.


To place Orders and to receive Products you must be 18 years of age or over. You must ensure that any details which you provide during ordering or dealing with us are correct and complete. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provide when ordering by contacting us.


The prices which you must pay for the Products that you Order will be set out in your initial pricing email or document, except where we discover an error in the price of the Products you have ordered. In this event, we will inform you as soon as possible after receiving your Order and give you the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the Order as cancelled.

We will delay placement of any order until receipt of cleared funds.


You may place Orders by calling our Customer Services by telephone.

When you place an Order with us, we need to obtain various details from you so that we can process your Order. You must ensure that the details, which you provide each time you place an Order, are correct and complete.

Once you have placed an Order to purchase a product you will receive an e-mail regarding the status of your order.

Your Order is an offer to purchase Products from us, which is subject to our acceptance in accordance with these Terms. Our acceptance of your Order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place upon dispatch to you of the Products ordered. Therefore all Orders are subject to verification, us receiving payment and also stock availability. If the Products ordered are not available, you will be notified by our Customer Services department using the contact details you have provided and you will have the option either to wait until the Products are available from stock; or cancel your Order.


We take the protection of customers’ personal information very seriously all information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the GDPR.

Shipping information

Free Shipping

We offer free regular shipping on all orders shipped to residential or commercial addresses. Orders are delivered Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Ground Shipping

Small parcel items ship regular ground via delivery services such as FedEx, UPS or DHL. Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process and in-stock items will usually be delivered 2-5 days from the date that they ship (depending on origin and destination). If there is a delay, you will be notified by email. No signature is required for standard ground shipping, so you may want to make arrangements to have packages brought inside soon after delivery, if you are unable to receive it in person.

Returns Policy

In order to ensure our customers receive the best level of service we offer a comprehensive returns policy in the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with the products delivered. Please note that the following returns procedure must be followed, and failure to do so may result in us being unable to exchange goods or provide refunds. Also please be aware that we cannot be held responsible and provide refunds/exchanges on stock affected by circumstances beyond our control. This includes damage and neglect after goods are received and damage by third parties.

Should you wish to return an item for any reason please notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order of any part that is unsatisfactory. In order to arrange a return, please contact us and inform our customer service team of your order number, the item you are returning and the reason for the return.

We will then reply with a unique returns authorization number and the address you need to send the item to.

You'll need to package the item securely and include:

The returns authorization number

Whether a replacement or refund is needed

Goods returned should be in their original condition and packaging in which they arrived, along with a copy of the invoice or packing slip.

Once received items will be checked and refunds on goods and postage arranged where suitable. Refunds/exchanges will only be offered on items that are faulty, and were clearly so at the time at which they were dispatched.
